TIE
Technology and Innovations in Education (TIE) - Established in 1986 as a regional, non-profit project, Technology and Innovation in Education (TIE) is administered by Black Hills Special Services Cooperative, an intermediate educational agency. It is TIE’s mission to serve as a source of professional development that assists and empowers educational communities to respond productively and responsibly in a networked global society. Staffed by a team of professionals with expertise in areas such as technology, curriculum, assessment, instruction, evaluation, and professional development, TIE provides leadership and assistance to schools and educators regarding current issues in education. TIE leaders value shared decision-making and embrace the disciplines associated with effective learning organizations.

SDPRN
SD Parent Resource Network - Parents play a critical role in the social, emotional, and academic growth of their children.  The Parent Resource Network recognizes the importance of parental involvement in children's education and facilitates the development of partnerships between the families, schools, and communities.  The Parent Resource Network supports parents as active and engaged partners through a variety of educational resources and training events.

Project Enrich
Project Enrich - The intent of Project ENRICH is the reformation and improvement of professional development systems including technical assistance and dissemination of knowledge about instructional practices which lead to increased understanding and practical application within classrooms to improve results for children with disabilities.

 
21 st Century Schools – The vision and goal of this program is to provide a safe and stimulating environment for children, youth, and community members that will increase their opportunities for educational achievement, personal development and well-being, and life-long success. The community learning center will provide a primary focus in five areas of student involvement and activity; Academic Success; Technology; Personal Growth; Futures Planning; and Arts, Culture and Recreation.

Mountains of History
Mountains of History - Mountains of History: Teaching American History through the Black Hills is a regional comprehensive professional development experience designed to deepen the content knowledge, and historical teaching strategies of 5th, 8th and 11th grade teachers.

SD Counts
SD Counts is a statewide initiative to improve mathematics achievement among South Dakota students in grades K-5 through a comprehensive professional development program focused on best practices in teaching mathematics. Effective implementation of the math strategies is not tied to any specific math curriculum or program.
